Thank you for continuing to be a reliable source of clove cigarettes. I have had bad service from several companies and I find that Derwin ships my orders as advertised. I don't like writing these testimonials, but I am doing so to show support for a company that is hard verify for consumers. I live in the US west coast and have had customs delay the shipment, but they always make it to me. (This is not the fault of the company). Just a bit of cat and mouse when reshipped(no charge) they have always arrived at my door.
I was very skeptical to order at first. But my email correspondence with Derwin and reading everyone's testimonials made me feel a little better, so I took the chance and ordered my custom mixed carton of cloves. Needless to say everything exceed my expectations. Derwin's responses to my emails were prompt and my package came in about a week. A WEEK. I've never had that happen before with other online vendors. It usually takes 3 weeks. I highly recommend ordering your cloves with Clove Cigarettes Online. Derwin is very professional, prompt and courteous and i'm not going anywhere as a customer.
This was my 1st order with clovecigarettesonline. Got the Djarum 76's and received them in 5 business days, even with the 4th of July and Indonesian holiday. Been ordering from Derwin for several years now. Had all different kinds of problems – shipping, payments, customs, etc. Derwin has ALWAYS RESOLVED ANY PROBLEMS. ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER, one way or another.
I smoke both Djarum Black and Neslite white filtered. Love them both!! The Neslite are a little cheaper, and supposedly MILDER. Plus, being white, they appear more “socially acceptable” in public, and the butts are easier to find on the lawn.
