So my wife and I have been ordering from here (Derwin Rocks!) for a few years now and we just received another great order from them. Derwin, when he says he guarantees delivery, he MEANS IT!!! I placed an order back in the summer and unfortunately they were sent back to him (US Customs sometimes catches them), but he reshipped and WALLA we had our cloves. Now this time around we ordered beginning of November and it went for almost a month and we didnt get our cloves. But thru direct contact with Derwin he reshipped the same order and wouldnt you know the 1st order ended up showing up about a week ago before the 2nd shippment arrived today! The first order had a carton that had gone stale (1st time ever happening here and it surely wasnt Derwins fault) but he gladdly sent one to replace that too!!! We are very happy to do business here SO MUCH that we even put a link on our Facebook to our friends 🙂 If you are even the slightest doubtful of ordering from here, dont be, real cloves are way better than the Cigars that they sell here in the states 🙂
