I've been ordering from Derwin since early November 2015. I researched and (tried to contact) almost all of the other sellers online and Derwin was the only seller who took the time to respond and answer all of my concerns. All of my shipments have been spot on, and the one time the product I ordered went out of production, he bent over backwards to provide a similar product of my liking… and he succeeded. All in all, my orders have arrived well-packed, intact, fresh, accurate and for the most part timely.

Yes, there have been a couple of issues with USPS customs refusing to clear my package, but Derwin has always gone above and beyond to ensure a prompt reship at no additional charge. This is a definite plus. In summary I have found that there is no better person/company to deal with. Derwin is honest, has integrity, provides good communication, ships quality products at decent prices, and most of all, he stands behind his word. I have only one request… Please don't go out of business.

Hey, listen up! This Derwin dude is the real deal! One just doesn’t expect this level of service these daze, but I felt like he was an old friend giving me the inside skinny. I received my ‘Cigarettes’ in about 3 weeks and everything was in perfect order and well packaged. I have absolutely no reservations dealing with Derwin and would highly recommend him to deliver hard to find merchandise.
