After having the worst repeated service experiences with another Indonesian online retailer, I left them as a two-year customer and decided to give Derwin's shop a try. I am so glad I did! Derwin is courteous and helpful, the merchandise prices are fair, and my order was shipped the day after I submitted payment!! The “other shop” holds orders for 3 weeks before shipping! When my package arrived (8 days to California) the product was packed in styrofoam to ensure there was no damage! I am just amazed at the awesome service this merchant gives his customers. Don't even bother shopping from another online Cloves store. This is THE BEST!!!
