I had a great experience with clovecigarettesonline.com. They responded quickly to all my emails. When my order was rejected by customs, they resent the order, free of charge! My package was packed securely with styrofoam. I would recommend using bubble wrap next time, though, and in a box. But all contents were undamaged. I am recommending this site to all my friends, and I suggest you use it to. They are very professional in your ordering and shipping questions and queries. I am a real customer in the USA. Not paid, just paying for good product.

We placed our order on January 17, 2013 but still have not received our package, nor have we received any emails to inform us of any delay or rejection. It’s March 3 already, so we’re very curious about the status of this order.

Gotta agree with the majority of posters here. Very good customer service. Just ordered for the second time, had great service the first time and received order without delay. I also stopped using the other site which took forever and forever….
