Very professional company that delivers. I have dealt with a lot of international companies over the years all have had issues. Expensive product, shipping and few unreliable options tp pay for product. Afters years of dealing with all these hassles (shipping time was always brutal) I got burned for about 250.00. No pruduct, lost the money with no recourse and could not contact the company in Australia.

Found this site and was cautiously optimistic. Started conversing with the owner about how the product is dealt with, options to pay etc. What a refreshing experience to deal with people that want to do business honestly, professionally and gets product to the front door faster than any company I've ever dealt with from the same part of the world. This was my first time ordering clove cigarettes (or anything else for that matter!) from Indonesia. I really miss my clove cigarettes since they are not available in the US anymore. I'm really impressed with this website. The customer service is really good, they respond very quickly and provided me a tracking number for my shipment. The carton of cigarettes was shipped via EMS. EMS has a really good online package tracing system, so you can see the shipment progress every step of the way. Shipping is not too expensive when you consider that. It arrived faster than I thought – around 10 days. The package was held at customs for a few days, but I understand that's typical and they release the packages, so there's nothing to worry about. Everything was packed very neatly and carefully so as not to get crushed in transit. I will definitely be ordering again. thank you so much!
