I ordered 2 cartons in November. It only took a week to get to the US but once it arrived in San Francisco, it never moved. Post Master said to try to get my money back. After almost a month with no movement, I contacted Derwin and explained what was going on. He immediately sent out a replacement for the missing shipment and it was in my mailbox within two weeks. I am very happy Derwin and he has definitely earned my loyalty and recommendation.

Was unable to get my Dejarum Supers for quite a while with all this covid Chinese virus going on. I had ordered from another website early 2020. They never arrived. We're held up in San Francisco somewhere at customs.
Got in touch with Derwin first of December 2020. I ordered my supers and they just arrived to Eastern US yesterday 1/3/21.
Recommend to anybody that wants a dependable reliable transaction.

I took a chance on both the vendor and a replacement for my much loved but recently discontinued Black Menthols and I got lucky with both! The LA Ice cigs were good, not quite as good as the Blacks but from the price and description I hadn't expected them to be. But the vendor?!? He was awesome. I was nervous ordering from somewhere new and He completely set my mind at ease, both with his prompt response to emails/questions as well as his dedication to making sure I received my order and that I was 100% happy with it- I very much was!
