Been a regular customer for 6+ months now and I couldn't be happier with the service – thanks Derwin!

I've been using this site for about a year now. I place an order about once a month and I've never had any problems. My order always comes within 10 days or so, well-packaged, no damage, no problems. I've only had one order out of the 11-12 to be rejected by customs, and CCO immediatedly reshipped it to me “free of charge” and I did receive it the 2nd time around. I always get a fast response to my emails when I have questions. GREAT customer service. I'd highly recommend this site.

I have been buying Djarum Blacks from this site since 2010, after being burned by another site that 1)shipped stale cigarettes and 2) supposedly shipped cigarettes that never arrived and ignored my requests for replacement/refund.
