Just received my first order of Gudang Garam.
Despite my mistakes with the order, and miscalculating the currency, the online support was very helpful in helping me fix up the details. Delivery was very fast. Only 9 days.

my last order arrived into customs in new york on 22nd march, still in customs on april 5th, e-mails sent to him which I found out through a 3rd party he stated he did not recieve, this appears to be the ist problem I have had.so far,
