I found the other Express shipment that you can select when placing your order, in case this RR was not satisfying.
And i just want to inform that RR Shipments to East Coast US has arrives today, for shipments date 18, 19 & 20 june, but this werent deliver yet, still on process, but at least we know they arrive in US now.

I've been buying products from them for a couple of years now, and the service has always been outstanding. Prices are good, delivery is quick, and the product excellent. Derwin is the best and is always quick to respond to questions and/or problems. I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the update, My ordered shipped RR Mail on 6-18-2014 still MIA!!! I agree Derwin has been awesome through this shipping mess. He cares about his customers, and always delivers as promised. He has taken a loss this month with all the shipping issues.. I have ordered from him for a couple of years and this is really the first time I have had this problem.
Not sure why packages that went out with mine arrived in CA but at least 6 other ones going to other states are still missing 🙁 It's been 21 days today.
Anyone else having this issue in New England area?? Bumming for a Clove LA Light!!
DERWIN'S shop is the most honest I've dealt with. He even checked up on my past order cause of his shipping delay problems, his weren't to bad but my stuff got lost in the U.S. after clearing customs USPS picked it up and it took 9 days to go from SFO to me 60 miles away. Most orders get to me in 7 to 12 days Thanks Mr. Derwin keep up the great work!! RS
Hey KIM in Maine: From the date of ordering it took me about a month to get my order because of the shipping B.S. poor Derwin had to go through!
You should probably contact him if the only tracking number you have begins with “EE” and ends with “ID”. I got a new tracking number and it was the right one.
And, don't count on the USPS tracking system. I received my
order on the 3rd, and USPS doesn't even show it's been delivered, lol!
I feel badly for what Derwin had to go through…Scrambling around to find a new shipper, and I'm not sure he even got his money back from EMS! Yet he still got us our orders in as reasonable time as he possibly could have.
