Although there was a little mix up Derwin straighten everything out through email. The great thing about the business Derwin is running is the communication, he will get back to you in less than 24 hours if you have any questions. My order arrived in a timely fashion; one week everything was as expected and he did a really great job on the packaging.

I've been ordering Djarum's from clovecigarettesonline.com for a couple of years now and my only regret is not having found about it sooner! I just read a handful of the latest feedback comments left by other customers and they express my thought exactly: Derwin is by far one of the nicest, most honest, dependable and decent business owners out there. If you're nervous about ordering from this site, DON'T BE! If you can ease up enough to place your first order, I promise you'll never shop for cloves anywhere else again!

I ordered 3 cartons in March and they initially didn't get through for whatever reason. Once Derwin and company got word, they sent another shipment immediately with no cost to me. This package came super fast with no troubles. This is my go to site, period. I'm ordering some more now and I will write another one of these once these come!
