Prices are great, considering a regular pack is $12+ in NYC area. Shipping is reasonable, and a lot faster now with the new shipping method. Derwin always responds quickly to resolve any issues.

I've been placing orders here for years and I have never been unhappy. Derwin is always there if you need help with anything, the orders are always correct, and the prices are fair. Yes, the shipping takes a few weeks, but like another comment mentioned, expect it, order in advance and you won't have a problem. Thanks for the great service you provide Derwin!!

I have been very happy ordering from this website. I get prompt emails when the order is shipped and the tracking number works. I have been ordering from online websites since the ban for purchasing in the United States, and it is still legal to purchase from another country. Another site I was using stopped being so prompt with the emails, and not responding when I would ask if they knew where my shipment was. Whenever customs would refuse the shipment, I would have to pay another $50 usd to have it shipped again. I like VERY much that this site does not require this!!! I haven't experienced customs refusing a shipment from this site yet, but I am happy to know that I will not be charged more for a reshipment. I also enjoy not having to use Western Union or MoneyGram, this site has much better payment methods.
