I called the United States Postal Service and was advised the package has been returned to sender. They said that you need to trace the package as you are the sender.
Please advise when I will receive my replacement shipment which I hope can be send by a method to insure a quicker delivery as my order was placed several weeks ago.
If I do not hear from you immediately regarding shipping information for replacement I will initiate actions to get a refund by PayPal.

I am a clove cigarette girl and have been buying from “Clovecigarettesonline” since the ban in the US. Rarely are there problems but the few times there have been problems, and only in the shipping part of the order, the issue has always been resolved. My latest order is no exception. Between the time of my order for 4 cartons was shipped from Indonesia to the US, thieves opened the package, took out 20 of the individual packages of cigarettes leaving 2 cartons whole. The thief then sealed the entire package back up. When I received the order 2 whole cartons were missing! I contacted Derwin and the missing 2 cartons were replaced within a couple of weeks. He is a man of his word!
