If there is a problem i have been helped quickly with my questions. The product is always fresh and rec'd in excellent condition.It usualy takes about 10days for the package to reach me sometimes sooner. The prices are very good. I have never had an order kept by customs. In fact some of my orders have arrived in less than 10 days. My last order was opened by US Customs (it had their tape on it)but everything was there.
