I have always been a supporter of Clove Cigarettes Online but have to tell you that shipping is getting to be an issue. My last 2 orders have had nothing but trouble. I only order twice a year as I am not a heavy smoker. The time before last someone stole half of my order out of the package, taped it all back up, and shipped it off to me. The missing items were replaced so all was well. This time it has been almost a month since I placed my order and paid for it but I still do not have my order. After 3 weeks I was told the order would be replaced but even that order has not shown up. My suggestions would be that whatever packaging has been used in the past be changed as all the thieves in the postal service used know what to look for and that maybe a different postal carrier be used if possible. Sorry to say but I may have to find another source for my needs.

I've been ordering from Derwin for a while now, and although there have been a few problems with customs holding or returning shipments, Derwin has always been very responsive, and in once case shipped twice and had the packages returned by customs, and then repacked the order into two separate boxes to reduce the chances of the shipment being held. Sure enough, both packages came through within a short time of him sending them.

Derwin can't be held responsible for the actions of his shippers or of US Customs, but I can say that he goes way beyond what any other reseller of any product would to make his customers happy. I will be his customer for life, or until he retires, whichever comes first!
