Your package is being back to Indonesia, due to United States Customs, it's not the fault of the proprietor, customs has been cracking down on packages and x-raying them for contents.
My original order from June 25th has been confiscated and Derwin sent me another package only to be returned to him by U.S. customs, my package too has been sent to Taiwan and it's on it's way back to Indonesia.I've been a customer here for over 5 years, I have never had a problem other than U.S. customs.
Don't know how to get in touch with anyone for support. Ordered on July 14. Sat in customs till 7/24 then sat in San Francisco till July 27, Now package is in Taipei, Taiwan 7/28/2014….I love the cloves and awaiting their delivery…..It's been 13 business days so I guess it could happen, WHY Taiwan!???.

I have tried various on-line clove cigarette companies over the years, but this company is a keeper. Professional, courteous people and a wonderful selection of high quality products at good prices. Ordering is fairly easy. Communications are open and everything is done to assure orders are filled and received, without exception.
