I have been ordering from here since our President decided clove cigarettes should be banned when he took office. Not the menthols he smokes though. I have never had a problem with the service Derwin offers. I order every couple of months, so over the last 7 years we have done business about 42 times. Only once did they not arrive and he promptly reshipped. It can take anywhere from a week to 3 weeks depending on customs, so order early and be patient. He does provide tracking numbers as well.
