I tried them out after another company with a name close to this was having shipping issues and raising the shipping price significantly. They lost one of my orders in transit, and while they promised to make good on it they wouldn’t and I was out the cash because at the time Western Union was the only payment method. I can’t stress how glad I am that I changed companies. In my years of ordering I have had an issue only 3 times in 20+ orders. One of the 3 orders actually did arrive at a later date after the replacement shipment arrived. I think that is just awesome since we are talking about a shipment getting thru customs that could be rejected for who knows what reason what so ever. I’m in Illinois and the usual non holiday shipping time is 10-14 days depending on when I order around a weekend. If I haven’t seen my order in 21 days I email Derwin, and he and his staff promptly take care of it. He runs his company the way companies in the U.S. use to be run.
