Derwin is the man! I started ordering from him almost a year ago, and haven't had a single delay or disappointment. He is batting 1000! I receive 4 cartons at a time of the Djarum Browns. They always arrive in less than a week. They are always fresh, with no damage. They have not been delayed in customs a single time. All of the reviews say that Derwin takes care of it immediately and at no charge if and when it happens. I would be shocked if that were not true as Derwin has always done whatever he says he is going to do.

Great service, fresh product, reasonable prices, impeccable reliability. Customs can be a hassle (delays, rejections, returns) but Derwin copes with it, and product arrives in the end. Tip: Send packages of 4 cartons each, not more, for maximum assurance of clearance — and to increase the likelihood that _something_ arrives immediately while you wait for the rest of your order (i.e. you're not buying Newports at the 7-11 while you wait!) This is my second order through Derwin and I am completely thrilled with the level of service provided by him and his staff! My first shipment arrived on time back in November and everything was perfect. This time, though, US Customs decided to rear their ugly head and my order was rejected by them. Mr. Derwin is currently re-sending my order at no charge to me and I expect to receive them in a few days in perfect order. I order these for my daughter because she can't get them anywhere in the US thanks to some very idiotic legislation passed by morons who love to take credit for doing something when in reality they have accomplished absolutely nothing! My daughter is also extremely pleased with Mr. Derwin and the service he provides!
