Great service. Received the tracking number and could follow its journey. The package arrived very quickly, sadly it was rejected by US customs. However, Derwin resent the package (at no extra cost) and then next thing I knew, it was delivered.

I used to order from 3 suppliers, now I only use clovecigarettesonline.

In 2014/2015 my original supplier started getting really flakey on shipments (saying things have shipped when they hadn't, sending the wrong order, not reshipping when the package sat on his end for over a month, etc). At that point I started looking for a different supplier. I found this site and one other, placed test orders, and received products from both in a timely manner.

Recently, I had missing packs, slashed packaging, etc from the other supplier. They sent the missing packs with a separate order, and that order sat for a month in “posting/collection” status before they reshipped yet again. It took about 1.5 months to finally receive it.

I now only use clovecigarettes online, as my order always arrives, and any problems that have arisen are quickly dealt with.

Been ordering here since 2009 and Derwin always delivers! The shipping is fast, efficient and products well packaged. Even when my order was held up in customs, Derwin quickly sent a replacement. Thanks Derwin for the great service!

Great as always

Unfortunately, there are times when communication breaks down and for me it is disturbing in that this rarely happens with this company….I ordered GG Surya 3 cartons on March 10 2015…I have not received my tracking number and have not had a reply from the company. In the past the cigarettes get here to me within 8-10 days…..No word still and this is the evening of the 19th……And so I wait with no cigs and no word or explanation. $h**T happens and I feel I must mention this. — Suzan.
