Derwin, my man…you promised and delivered. Even though the state of Colorado is tough on incoming overseas mail from Indonesia, the packing was incredible and I got my 2-cartons in a week and a half. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I must confess that my first online experience was with the “other” Cloves Cigarette store and when the US postal service returned my order, this other store literally blew me off and no longer responded to my inquiries…I am so glad I was turned on to clovecigarettesonline.com. I have ordered from other places over the years with unreliable results: the thing is, if Derwin says they have shipped… they have shipped. And if there is a problem with customs (and if you order these things long enough, eventually there WILL be problems), then Derwin re-ships. Fast. That has happened to me several times, and this company is always honest and reliable about fixing whatever situations arise. They do what they say they are going to do!! 🙂 (My only suggestion to buyers is to not leave placing an order until the last minute: you NEED to build in extra time, in case there are delays… that's just how things work nowadays.) The best part of Derwyn's service is reliability, he does what he says. Furthermore, he goes the extra mile when customs rejects a parcel. In a recent order, he sent me the replacement as soon as he realized it had been turned back, he didn't wait till customs returned his package (which would have meant a month without my beloved cloves), it speaks of his impeccable customer service and trust. If only everyone we shopped with were as honorable. He has no control over US customs or his own local postal service, but he makes it his business to see it affects his clients as little as possible!
