Thank you for continuing to be a reliable source of clove cigarettes. I have had bad service from several companies and I find that Derwin ships my orders as advertised. I don't like writing these testimonials, but I am doing so to show support for a company that is hard verify for consumers. I live in the US west coast and have had customs delay the shipment, but they always make it to me. (This is not the fault of the company). Just a bit of cat and mouse when reshipped(no charge) they have always arrived at my door.

Been ordering from Derwin for several years now. Had all different kinds of problems – shipping, payments, customs, etc. Derwin has ALWAYS RESOLVED ANY PROBLEMS. ALWAYS GOT MY ORDER, one way or another.

I smoke both Djarum Black and Neslite white filtered. Love them both!! The Neslite are a little cheaper, and supposedly MILDER. Plus, being white, they appear more “socially acceptable” in public, and the butts are easier to find on the lawn.
